We answer most calls live. If we're in the middle of a pour we can't walk away from it, so leave a message and we'll call you back the same day. Early mornings are usually the easiest time to catch us.

What helps when you call
None of this is required, but it makes the first conversation a lot more useful:
- Roughly how big. Even pacing it off helps. 20 by 30 is a different job than 10 by 12.
- What's there now. Dirt, gravel, pavers or old concrete. Tear-out is its own line item.
- What'll sit on it. Two cars, a work truck, an RV or a tractor all change the thickness.
- How a truck gets there. Front yard, through a side gate, or around back.
- Your timing. Next month or next spring changes what we'd recommend.
- Any paperwork. A sidewalk notice from the city, or your HOA's approval rules.
